The Salt Lake City Bucket List facebook page is not an effective website. Although it is readily available, the content of this page would not convince anyone to visit this city. Actually, it might co
nvince them not to. This bucket list does not portray Salt Lake city as an appealing place. One would think that a bucket list would offer information on many activities in the city. This page, however, has only seven posts which suggest celebrating the 4th of July, visiting Ensign Peak, eating, celebrating Memorial Day, floating in The Great Salt Lake, and going to Red Butte Garden. These activities might be great, but don't offer many recreation options. If a family were to use only this page as a source for vacation ideas, they would most likely cross Salt Lake City off the list.
comments that are visible to all who visit the site. So, is it family friendly? I don't think so.
In addition, the last information on this facebook page was posted on July 6, 2010. Obviously, no one is putting effort into the upkeep of this bucket list. To add to that problem, one facebook user continually posts explicit
comments that are visible to all who visit the site. So, is it family friendly? I don't think so. The creation of this site was, initially, a good idea. However, the lack of information and attention given to this website keep it from being the "master list for things to do before you die in Salt Lake City."
