One of the two websites we visited in our virtual walkabout is the Salt Lake Underground magazine. The website is definitely "hip" and advertises a lot of events that pertain to the music scene in Salt Lake. It is easy to navigate, but is not the kind of website for the average tourist to visit to learn about Salt Lake as a whole. The artists the magazine advertises are mostly small local groups, that play at local venues such as Kilby Court. Though the site is available to everyone, it has an exclusive vibe to it. The music scene in Salt Lake is definitely hip to a select group of individuals.
